Rocky Road
250 grms dark chocolate
250 grams of milk chocolate
pkt marshmellows
pkt lollie snakes
100gms unsalted peanuts (opt)
1/2 cup coconut

Melt chocolate over low heat.
chop marshmellows and snakes roughly and mix into melted chocolate
Add peanuts and coconut.
Place mixture into a greased and lined tray and put into the fridge until set.
Cut into small pieces and serve.

What would be a good alternative to coconuts in this recipe? My kiddos don't really dig on coconuts.
